New Best Buy Deals this Sunday + Possible Zelda Amiibo Release Date

Best Buy has another round of deals coming out this Sunday. The big one out of all of these is the “Buy 1, Get 1 40% Off” sale they have on all 3DS and Wii U titles from Nintendo. This offer is in-store only, as they have a separate online deal for a $20 gift card with the purchase of two select games. They also have an offer to save $25 on the Super Mario 3D World and Nintendo Land Wii U Bundle, along with a 10% discount on all eShop cards.

That’s not all, though, as there is one more thing in this ad to take note of. Although Nintendo hasn’t had an official release date announced for the second wave of amiibo in the US, unlike the UK and the rest of Europe, it seems as though Best Buy will have them available on friday. At least Diddy Kong, Luigi and Zelda, according this ad. It’s not specified whether that means this Friday or the next, however, but other retailers (such as Amazon, GameStop and Walmart) do currently have the Zelda amiibo listed to come out on Dec. 14.

It may be a safe bet to assume that Sunday will be the actual release date, but it definitely wouldn’t hurt to keep an eye out on Best Buy this Friday.
