New Photos Get Up Close And Personal With Sheik, Toon Link Amiibo

Think there are enough amiibo out? Think again! New pictures show some of the latest figurines up close and personal. The newest Zelda characters on the way include Toon Link and Sheik.
The picture above reportedly came from a gamer in Europe who was somehow able to acquire the amiibo. Both Toon Link and Sheik are scheduled for release in February. The price is the same for each: $12.99. Based on the pictures, there doesn’t appear to be many differences between what Nintendo shows on their website and what will actually be sold to buyers. If anything, the figures appear to be a little more detailed than originally thought.
Nintendo’s description for each figurine is as follows:
Toon Link:
“With big eyes and an expressive face, this version of Link™ is how he appeared in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker game. Link lived peacefully on Outset Island until a bird captured his little sister, and he came to her rescue. His green clothes were worn on his 12th birthday and are the lucky outfit of the hero of legend.”
Sheik:
“Sheik is a mysterious, masked warrior who played an important role in Link’s quest in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time game. Disguised as part of the Sheikah tribe that populates Hyrule, Sheik taught Link™ essential ocarina melodies and then vanished in an instant. Why does Sheik look so familiar?”
The Sheik amiibo can be preordered here and the Toon Link amiibo here. Do these new pictures make you want to preorder these amiibo?
