Pandora’s Box of Zelda T-Shirts

Over at Much Needed Merch, you can purchase some of the most random Legend of Zelda shirts you can think of, all for fairly reasonable prices. The randomness includes a Clocktown Astronomy Club shirt, a ‘Keep Calm and Save Hyrule’ shirt, as well as a Team Groose shirt that you see to the left. While some of these might seem silly, there really are some gems in there. It’s not just t-shirts… you can also find Legend of Zelda costumes, backpacks, hoodies, bikinis, and even couples underwear sets. While I’m a huge Zelda merchandise collector, this is probably something I’m going to pass on. Fan-made merchandise is becoming incredibly common these days, and it sort of distorts the purpose of a collection. If I started collecting all the fan-made goodies, I’d never stop collecting, as there is a seemingly endless supply of random Zelda shirts and other goodies out there. New stuff is popping up on a daily basis and it just isn’t something I’m interested in. On the flip side, I try to get my hands on as much licensed material as I can. So while I might occasionally pickup a fan made piece of merchandise, it’s not something I actively seek.
