Latest Updates

The official Phantom Hourglass website has updated with a new story section and a few multiplayer sections. While I can’t understand what it says, The Hylia has translated the page and I will post the link to their translation below. Be aware, at this point in time with the game, any story aspects should be considered as spoilers. Also updated on the Phantom Hourglass website is a pair of Multiplayer videos. One of them shows you controlling the Phantoms that…

With the approaching release of Phantom Hourglass in Japan, we now have our hands on some new images from the game. Not exactly game play footage, but these two shots are from the introduction of the game. You can view the shots by clicking the links below. The artwork puts Link and his friends in what looks like a puppet show. I wouldn’t say they are Wind Waker type artwork, but it’s definitely something different. It looks like something you…

The 11th and final part of the Legend of Zelda Video Walkthrough is now available. This part takes you through the final dungeon, Death Mountain. During this part of the quest Link will acquire the Red Ring and the Silver Arrows. He will also face off with Ganon and rescue Princess Zelda. I’ll probably also upload the ending of the game in the next few days. I’m not sure where I will go from here in terms of my video…

Daily updates have continued at the official Super Smash Bros Brawl website and on this Monday we have been updated with a new attack by our hero Link. The Triforce Slash is the newest attack we’ve been treated with. Link shoots out a light from the triforce on his hand towards his enemy. His enemies get stuck in the triforce at which Link can then dash up and strike at him repeatedly. Link then delivers the finishing strike which will…

Thanks to Patricia from the Hylia for translating Miyamoto’s most recent interview. It is quite lengthy and can be viewed by clicking here. He talks about the challenge of making a fun Nintendo DS game that utilizes the DS Stylus all while making sure the game keeps the Zelda feel. He gives a brief explanation on how to move, how to lift pots, and how to battle enemies with the stylus. When talking about the multiplayer format, he mentions that…

I have added 30 new OoT beta screenshots into the image gallery , most of which I made myself from various videos. Others were found on the net that I realized we haven’t added yet. They show areas I haven’t even seen before and plenty more! And FYI, I am in the process of making a huge section dedicated to development periods of Zelda games that will include articles, screenshots, scans, interviews, and much more! Look for it very soon….

It seems the forums went down last night due to unknown reasons…The database either seems to be gone or not connecting. Mases and I will work this problem out shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience. Edit : Both the gallery and forums will be up soon…Its only small database problems that our host will fix asap. UPDATE : Everything is back up and running.

As reported by our affiliate, the Hylia, there are 19 somewhat new Phantom Hourglass screenshots available. I put the new in quotes because some of the images are just cutouts from some of the scans that were made available days ago. Nonetheless, you can view all nineteen screenshots at the website, Jeux-France. While surfing through that website I came across some Official Artwork, just two images to be exact. One of the images I remember seeing around awhile ago, but…

Our friends over at MCLOZ have reported on a new Phantom Hourglass Commercial. Remember that Japanese website, Touch DS, which had those two commercials about a week ago? Well, they have added another one. This one shows a Japanese girl trying to solve a puzzle in Phantom Hourglass. There are two versions of the commercial and one of them is quite long and boring but it has some mysterious humor of watching a Japanese girl struggling to get a Zelda…

As the title states, the Japanese Phantom Hourglass site has been launched. Unfortunately for us Americans… this is the Japanese site, so well… it’s not in English, but rather… in Japanese. Anyway, the site does have a few new game demos as well as some screenshots. Some of the beautiful artwork also makes an appearance on the site. Just in time for the site to keep the buildup towards the eventual Japanese release on June 23rd, 2007. Source: Japanese Phantom…
