One Amazing Boat Ride!

With The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword coming closer to its release date more spoilers are being released everyday. Today, the guys over at Kotaku has added another quick gameplay video to the huge list of already known secrets this game has to offer.

When we think of the Lanayru Province we remember back to Twilight Princess and remember a huge lake and a flowing river, but in Skyward Sword it is replaced by a vast dried out desert. So why is a random boat in this province? If your not afraid to find another great spoiler from this game than make the jump and see what exactly is so amazing about this boat for yourself!

If you watched the video than you will know that this boat is more of a time machine than a normal boat. Acting just like the switches we have seen in previous videos, this boat turns its surrounding areas into a small window in time. This means the vast empty desert we see now turns into a huge open body of water that we can ride around on and even find enemies from the past.

I’m not to sure what this adds to the gameplay, but it certainly is exciting to know that the Lanayru Province will have water instead of only being a desert. I only hope this means we will see the Zora somehow! How do you think it will effect the game? Do you think this could give us a chance to see the Zora or is it just for discovering new items?
