Nintendo To Host a Breath of the Wild Quiz Event in Early April
Posted on March 27 2023 by Emi Curtis
Tears of the Kingdom may be a little more than a month away, but how well do you know its prequel? Nintendo wants to know, actually!
Announced last week on the official Nintendo Japan Twitter, the company will be hosting the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Test of Knowledge Nationwide Quiz Event from April 7th through the 9th. Thankfully for those non-fluent in Japanese, the quiz will be available in English as well. Beyond that, the quiz must be played on a smart device and you must have a registered Nintendo account. Oddly, the quiz page mentions being available simultaneously for all participants across time zones and English accessibility, but it then states at the very end that it is available in Japan only. Keep that in mind if you want to try to participate.
If you fancy taking a shot, the rules of the quiz are fairly straightforward. Four different quizzes will be offered during the event period at certain scheduled times. You need only participate in one of the quizzes; though if you do more than one, your highest score will be what is ranked. Each quiz has 30 questions and must be finished within 30 minutes. You will be scored both on whether you got the correct answer and how fast you got the answer. Question categories include Story, Characters, World, Items, or Other. On the evening of April 9th, overall rankings will be posted.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Nationwide Quiz Event #TestofKnowledge will be held for three days from Friday, April 7 to Sunday, April 9. Quizzes are also available in English. Try out some practice questions first! #BreathoftheWildhttps://t.co/s6G0mlcorz
