Back in September 2023, during a Nintendo Direct, it was announced that construction of a brand-new Nintendo Museum in Kyoto, Japan would be completed by March 2024. Though delayed a month, construction is now complete, and the Nintendo Museum is set to welcome its first visitors Fall of 2o24. The information about the museum’s construction completion was mentioned in a during Nintendo’s latest financial report, along with Switch sales and details on the Donkey Kong expansion for Super Nintendo World.

Nintendo has anticipated that final preparations of the museum ahead of its opening date will take some time to prepare. I am definitely looking forward to seeing what the Nintendo Museum has to offer in the future! Hopefully there will be some exhibits featuring The Legend of Zelda along with the rest of Nintendo’s amazing history.

We want to hear your thoughts though. Are you looking forward to seeing what the Nintendo Museum has to offer? Is anyone making plans to visit in the future? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below, and stay tuned as we continue to follow updates on the Nintendo Museum in the future.
