New Smash Brothers 3DS screenshot features Gerudo Valley stage

The official Super Smash Brothers Wii U and 3DS site has been updated and a new screenshot for the 3DS version has surfaced showcasing Link delving into the much anticipated Gerudo Valley stage. The screenshot looks stunning and really does create a longing for this game to be released as soon as possible. A fiery encounter awaits Link in this stage and it looks like there’s no way out with the bridge destroyed.

I seriously can’t wait till I grab my hands on the Wii U and 3DS versions of the next Super Smash Brothers titles. Gerudo Valley looks incredible on the 3DS version and this screenshot really does create excitement for the intense situation it visualizes. It will be interesting to see how the flames in the background will be utilized as well as if the bridge falls over during certain periods or situations of combat. I believe from the trailer at E3 2013 that the bridge was fully constructed in a proper manner. Anyhow, with both the Gerudo Valley and Spirit Train stages confirmed for the 3DS version of Super Smash Brothers this will be one awesome title to pick up!
