A slew of new details and images about the upcoming Hyrule Warriors has come in through their website since E3 this year. But now, we finally have our first look at two of the alternate costumes to be released with Japanese versions of the game. The costume sets are broken into three parts: the Courage Set, Wisdom Set, and Power Set, each containing three costumes. How many of the sets you get are determined by which bundle you purchase. These special versions contain the following costume sets:

  • The Standard Edition will come with a download code for the Courage Set.
  • The Premium Box will include the Standard Edition, plus the Wisdom Set.
  • The Treasure Box will include the Premium Box, and two Power Set Costumes.

The costumes below show Link and Zelda in their Twilight Princess glory from the Courage and Wisdom sets, respectively. At this point, there is no confirmation that these will be available as DLC, separate from the bundles, or if the costumes are going to see a Western release at all. With the costume sets already being set up as a download in the eShop, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Tecmo Koei continue their Dynasty Warriors trend and make these costumes, and more, available for a small fee.

What do you think of the character images? Are you going to be downloading them? What other costumes would you like to see make it into the game? Check out the images and leave your thoughts in the comments below!
