Monday Comic Corner – Countdown to Doom

By now you can probably already guess the origin of this comic- the trademark light blue fill colors and the dark blue outlines of Brawl in the Family that has become perhaps the most memorable Nintendo webcomic. This week we have some Majora’s Mask humor, but it also comes with a bit of reconsideration about the whole ending-of-the-world thing. At least this moon doesn’t quite have that terrifying stare. He even looks a bit scared, doesn’t he? Hit the jump to read the comic!

Ah, physics. It isn’t exactly the moon’s fault that he and the Earth were set on a collision course, was it? He’s got a face (with a rather intense stare), and he probably has feelings, too.

Not only then did Link save himself, all of Termina, and really the entire world, but he saved the life of this poor moon, who had no choice in the matter. That mask really is evil.

This of course comes from Brawl in the Family, where you can find tons of Nintendo and inter-video game humor, all in that unique blue color. It actually reminds me of the green and black of the original Gameboy.
