Majora’s Mask 3D Devs Draw New Years 30th Anniversary Inspired Art

While Majora’s Mask 3D is close to crossing the 1 million sales mark in North America, a couple of the people from the dev team decided to draw a really amazing new years image celebrating a new year, Majora’s Mask itself, and the 30th anniversary of the entire series. In the image it depicts Link and a monkey, proudly saying “Year of the Monkey”. Kamaro lurks in the background as well, adding a nice touch. Here’s what Nintendo had to say about the image and which devs created it:
“2016 is also the 30th anniversary of “The Legend of Zelda”. To coincide with the Year of the Monkey, there’s Mr. Monkey who appeared in “Majora’s Mask 3D”! The designer for this game, Yusuke Nakano drew Link, and Mizuki Kamei drew Mr. Monkey and Kamaro.”
First the Year of Luigi, now the Year of the Monkey. I can definitely get behind that. What do you think of this masterful piece of art?
