Limited Collector’s Edition Hyrule Historia Announced

The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Historia will be released in the West in just under two months time with fans of the series gearing up for an extensive read into the world of Hyrule. Quite a number of standard editions of the much-anticipated guidebook have been pre-ordered and demand is set to be high after the long wait for its localization outside of Japan. To create even more hype for Hyrule Historia book publisher Dark Horse is planning on publicizing a “Limited Collector’s Edition” of the Zelda memorabilia, according to Amazon, with a few special features unavailable in the standard edition.

Amazon has given the following description detailing exclusive features only planned for the “Limited Collector’s Edition”:

Just the thought of reading your Hyrule Historia book by feeling that faux-leather cover and turning those glistening gold pages must leave some temptation to choosing the “Limited Collector’s Edition”. Originally priced at $69.99, Amazon is dealing at the bargain of $45.73; a 35% discount. Apparently, orders for the “Limited Collector’s Edition” are being shipped on February 12th, a mere two weeks after the standard edition is released. Also noticed, is the listing for the “Limited Collector’s Edition” describing the publication as containing 272 pages which happens to be six pages shorter than the standard edition.
