Images of the Zelda Toronto Launch Event

Prior to the release date, Nintendo is holding a special launch event for Skyward Sword in the Sears Court in the Toronto Eaton Center. Beginning on the 18th a few fans showed up and took some pictures of the event which we have displayed here. Among the images are a couple pics of the almost notorious Master Sword promotional prop which some fans made a few fun attempts to pull from the pedestal. There are booths set up for fans to try out the game before they buy much like the demos seen before at E3 and Comic Con. The event is still going on through the weekend so I would expect to see more pics before Sunday evening.

After seeing these, the only thing that keep coming to my mind is I really really want to go to one of these events. They are happening everywhere and they look like a lot of fun. It looks like I am going to have to travel some to actually see one of these in person.
