How Far Fans Were Willing to go for Hyrule Warriors Limited Edition

At the North America launch of Hyrule Warriors, fans showed just how far they were willing to go to get a copy of the limited edition version of the game exclusively released at the Nintendo World Store in New York.

Copies of the Limited edition were so few, that fans waited in line all night at the Nintendo World Store where staff had to hand out wristbands in preparation of there being more fans than copies of the game; however, some people lucky enough to get a copy of the limited edition took to selling the game on eBay. Copies of the game can be found priced at buy it now prices of hundreds and thousands of dollars and some fans have already bid hundreds of dollars hoping to get their hands on one. This poses the question, is a limited edition which has nothing more than the game and a scarf worth going to such lengths to obtain?
