Zelda Wiki by far. They have more information, more details, and a much more pleasing layout.

I love the Zelda wiki it is a great source for information. I do not think Zeldapedia is very helpful in comparison.

Zelda Wiki is better for everything except the occasional bit of odd history, which Zeldapedia sometimes has more of.
