Great thread, can't wait for the next set of questions.

By the way, JuicieJ also did a Zelda quiz here a while back, if anyone is interested in checking it out

Totally guessing on most of these...
1) the Master Sword was first called the Magic Sword False
2)Collecting 60 Skulltulas in OoT gives you a Bombchu from the member of the House of Skulltula True
3)the BigGoron Sword is the most powerful sword in the entire LoZ universe False, I've never finished MM but I think there is something more powerful. And the Level 5 sword in ALttP is pretty powerful
4) in TP, if you hit a cucco a few times, you can control it True
5)the Kokiri Sword is twice as powerful as the Deku Stick in OoT True

1) the Master Sword was first called the Magic Sword --
False, the Magical Sword and the Master Sword are two different things.

2)Collecting 60 Skulltulas in OoT gives you a Bombchu from the member of the House of Skulltula --
False. You don't get anything when you kill regular Skulltulas. XD If you meant Gold Skulltulas, then that's still false. You get a set of Bomchus after collecting 40 Gold Skulltula Tokens.

3)the BigGoron Sword is the most powerful sword in the entire LoZ universe --
False. It might be more powerful than the Master Sword, but the Fierce Deity's double helix sword is as strong (if not stronger) than the Biggoron Sword.

4) in TP, if you hit a cucco a few times, you can control it --
True. It's a little different than the crazy Cucco attacks we all know and love. XD

5)the Kokiri Sword is twice as powerful as the Deku Stick in OoT --
False, Deku Sticks are actually twice as powerful as the Kokiri Sword while it lasts.

In this order:

False (It is doubtful wether its another sword to add to the list, along with the MS and FS)
False
False (as Eternal Nocture already said, there is the double helix sword)
True
False (It's actually the other way around)

How about another set?
