Hello, welcome to the 20th round of the Writing Competition. I was hoping to get through this round last year, but there were a lot of Christmas events this year, so it was best to delay this round into 2018.
There will be some changes to the writing competition starting next round, but we still have one more parameter round to get through before then. The parameters are pretty vague this time around so I'm hoping they don't feel too restricting.
You must include five of the following ten parameters in your entry.
1. A new beginning
2. No human characters
3. The coming of spring
4. Lyrics to a song (real or made up)
5. The coming of age
6. Uncertainty
7. Hope
8. The number 4
9. A character plays a video game
10. A philosophical question is pondered
