When I go to my first Comic-con in two years I want to do a Static Shock cosplay based off of the early 2000s cartoon.

If anything I would cosplay as either Freelancer Agent Washington or York. Though York would only be as like a couple thing with an accompanying Agent Carolina. But neither will ever happen most likely. Good thing this thread is cosplay dreams.
