Yonder and the Cloud Catcher Chronicles has a bloom slider in the options menu. So if you can choose how bloomed you want your game.
The Wind Waker HD did not have this option but it should have. Its default settings was over bloomed to the point of bad remaking of the game. However some people liked it. A slider to choose how much bloom you want would make everyone happy.
In Yonder I have it set to minimum. But each to their own. Those who want excessive bloom in their games should be more considerate and give the players the option of how much bloom they want.
