Would you prefer all starters or all legendaries in S&S?

We all know that Pokemon S&S won't have every Pokemon ever...

With this in mind, if you could only have either every starter from gen 1-8 in S&S or every Legendary from gen 1-8, which would you prefer?

I feel like the starters are both the better Pokemon and the ones that make more sense to show up in every region. They have to keep changing the lore to make sense for legendaries to appear in more regions; Starters are plentiful enough that they could be anywhere and we wouldn't bat an eye.

All starters is probably the more reasonable and practical choice. That said, I have a lot more favorite legendaries than I do favorite starters, so it would be nice to have them, but it's probably not logical by any means.

Hmm. Good question. I'm not a fan of many of either, mostly just Blaziken, Swampert, Decidueye from starters and Mewtwo, Xerneas and Necrozma from legendaries.

I'd have to go with starters. I know a lot of people like them, and if one of the reasons behind Dexit is to be believed, cutting legendaries for balance would make more sense than starters.
