They're both to different. You can't really say which one is better.
It's the fact that they're so different from each other that makes it so that either you can't decide at all, or that it's easy for you to choose.
I like TP more. Partly because of the fact that you can warp and become a wolf at any time but really it was because of some of the new items, the bosses, and the Twilight realm. I also like the style of the graphics in TP more which adds to it.

Wind Waker any day! The game is a masterpiece. Twilight Princess is a good game but it doesn't wow me like Wind Waker does.

They're both amazing games, but I just adore Twilight Princess. I loved the gameplay, and the artistic direction is simply magnificent to me.
