So far the biggest change is the Dungeon Maker feature. I've also took note of a few mild changes, like the interior of some houses that have been shared via Twitter have a bit more going on in them compared to in the DX version. These are good changes though, I would be disappointed if they were still bland with only regular furniture and pots.
