Why isn't there a game called Banjo-Brewie?

Why isn't there a game called Banjo-Brewie? It rhymes with Kazooie and Tooie, and the main villain is a witch (so referencing a witches' brew). Seems like a no-brainer to me!

They obviously saw the design docs for Grabbed By The Ghoulies and thought that it was set to be a masterpiece.

seems pretty clear its a mixed opinion game, look into it and see if it appeals to you, even if it isn't exactly a proper follow up to tooie
