Why Doesn't the Group Logo Thing Work?

In My Group, then the picture won't show up because it is an "Invalid File." It is from Google Images, less than 200x200 pixels and I am copying the correct URL into the box. Please Help!:triforcepiece:

Hmm, I dunno. But from my experience, copying the image url directly from the Google Images thing gives you this: 1.) [noparse] http://www.google.com/url?q=http://www.citymarshall.co.uk/footreadings.html&sa=U&ei=n8ScU_X5JcmZyAT1vYDoAQ&ved=0CCwQ9QEwCw&usg=AFQjCNFNPlKs26JgWj19rUC1kIBJOkwmkA[/noparse], which doesn't work for me when I post it on here. But when I click on the image on Google Images first, and then copy the image url, I get this: 2.) [noparse] http://www.citymarshall.co.uk/images/FOOTREADING.JPG[/noparse], which works just fine when I post it on here.
