Tie between NintendoCapriSun and HCBailley. On the one hand HCB stays closer to the game, doesn't make too many pointless movie references like NCS does (I'm watching a movie literally every leapyear therefore the references are unfunny to me) and gives more background info, but on the other hand NCS is a lot funnier. Third would be chugga.

I think LolGames4u. She's got some hilarious videos and commentary, and the Gabby is Afraid of ReDeads thing kills me EVERY TIME! Her LP of Metroid Prime right now is really funny, as well.
