Okay I'm going to take a wild guess here and not Google it. Was it that movie with that guy dressed as a turtle? I can remember the trailers for it and all I could remember was the man saying "turtle turtle".

Not to be overly negative or offend anyone that likes that movie, but I saw it years ago and hated it. Found it really annoying and unfunny. Kind of a shame since Dana Carvey was quite good I thought as Garth from Waynes World.
