I made a list of technologies that I would want to see in Star Wars, and I want to know which of them probably don't exist in their galaxy. Any technology can probably be achieved, but I wonder what their potential limits are. Which of them would be the hardest to create. I am well aware that anything can be done in fiction, but I am asking from an in-universe point of view. I will provide links and descriptions for them.

1.) Grow a brain- Grow a sentient mind from scratch

2.) Quantum laser propulsion- Fires a laser that turns vacuum energy into antimatter for propulsion

3.) Micro-black hole creation- Create mini- blackholes for power sources

4.) Intention decoding algorithm- Something a droid can use to predict what a sentient will do

5.) Thought recognition- A computer that activates with thought.

6.) Genetically engineer sentient beings to need less oxygen

7.) Cortical modem-https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cortical_modem

8.) Optography-https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Optography

9.) Synthesized fitness- Something that can give you a full exercise workout without physically doing anything. Like an Elysium pod

10. ) Hypercapacitor- Supercharged capacitator https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supercapacitor

11.) Planetary motor- Giant machine that speed up the spin of a planet. Freeman Dyson envisioned it.

I feel like growing a brain would have traditionally been reserved for the stuff we see in Legends but with Episode IX introducing the idea of Palpatine transferring to a clone when his body was seemingly destroyed at the end of Return of the Jedi, I see nothing as too far fetched anymore.
