Which design for Zelda (the character) is your favorite?

There’s already been a thread like this for Link, so why not have one for Zelda? I didn’t see one in the past few pages, so I hope this isn’t a repeat thread.

Zelda has had several different appearances depending on the game she was in, like the toon style of WW, PH, and ST, to the more realistic style of TP, so which is your favorite? My favorite look for Zelda is from Twilight Princess. I prefer her as a brunette and her outfit is so nicely detailed. She really does look stunning.

Twilight Princess Zelda for sure. Her regality just really suits her character in that title. ALttP Zelda is probably second for me, though. That was the design I associated with Princess Zelda for a long time before I saw her TP design in Smash Bros. ...I missed a lot of games.

Her design in Smash Ultimate is perfect in my eyes. It's based on her ALttP/ALBW look, but better.

BotW is the best design she has, followed closely by SS and SSBU. The outfits in BotW are really good, as are the color schemes. SS Zelda has a great face and hair design. SSBU is just all around good. Those are my favorites.

If we’re talking specifically Zelda, than definitely Smash Ultimate Zelda. Her LttP design is still great, but I think they refined it just enough to make it the best one yet.

If we’re talking characters who happen to be Zelda, then Tetra no contest.

I have a really hard time deciding if I like A Link to the Past or Twilight Princess' design better. Probably Twilight Princess, since it is in every way, the quintessential refinement of her design since A Link to the Past. That, and she actually looks regal.

My favorite design for Zelda has always been the Ocarina of time one as an adult she looks like both twilight and ALTTP Zelda combined!

I love almost all of them... ALTTP (SSBU), BOTW, SS, HW, and TP are all some of my favorites.

Like many have said, the Twilight Princess version of Zelda is among my favourite designs for her. It's a more mature look that suits her royal status. I just wish we would've gotten a glimpse of her sword fighting capabilities!

That being said, I wouldn't mind seeing Zelda occasionally don more practical outfits in future storylines - a concept we saw with the adventuring look she had in BOTW, or even in previous games as Sheik and Tetra.
