Eragon and Artemis fowl are both good series i quite like the work of Robin Hobb currently reading Dragon Keepers made by her. Really nice series though you'd have to start at the beginning of the series to understand the plot. Cuz each series of hers has it's own plot but each tie in to each other barring the Soldier Son Trilogy that's stand alone

You know, I'm terrible at getting around to reading my books. I got 3 that I really should read:
- Metro 2033 ( inspired the game )
- Masters of Doom ( the story of how Doom was created and the clashing between the two biggest guys behind it )
- The Dresden Files ( kind of like harry pottery for adults )

I'd also really like to read the Witcher books.

Ok I'm so glad I bought the Silmarillion. I don't read, like ever, but this book is incredible. It goes into all the little details of the fascinating lore and the style of writing, while sometimes quite complicating to adjust to, flows almost like a poem.

Ok I'm so glad I bought the Silmarillion. I don't read, like ever, but this book is incredible. It goes into all the little details of the fascinating lore and the style of writing, while sometimes quite complicating to adjust to, flows almost like a poem.

The Silmarillion is truly amazing. It can be hard to read at times, but it's hands down the best lore book for a fantasy mythos ever written. Many of the chapters in that book are nothing short of epic masterpieces of fantasy fiction. It's a really beautiful story.
