Space Dandy is from the same creator of Cowboy Bepop but it's a very fanservicey slapstick comedy 80% of the time
The same creator also made Samurai Champloo which might be closer to Cowboy Bepop if you like it.

Oooh Samurai! I love Samurai stuff, I watched Samurai X, Afro Samurai, and I was going to watch Blue Samurai.
