Which animal is better: Tortoise or Turtle

Which is the better animal do you think?

I like both reasonably well by i think Tortoise wins by a hare

Turtles taste ok. Never tried tortoise.

I'm not sure on the difference... but it was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, not tortoise, so I'm going to go with the turts.

Tortoise have legs and live upon land, Turtles live in the sea apart from when it's time to lay then they come onto the beaches they have flippers.
