Spirit Tracks Where is Disorientation Station?

I've supposedly unlocked the station by bringing the Goron child to Castle town, but I've patrolled the northwest portion of the fire realm three times now and still can't find it. Is there anyway someone could give me more detailed instructions, or maybe put a dot on a map for me? It would be greatly appreciated.

Check your Rail Map. There should be an icon that says "Disorientation Station" if you hold the stylus over it.
