As for nano machines, well, don't get your hopes up.

They already have created them. But when the public will actually get them remains to be seen.

Nanomachines are being developed but so far they aren't close to being useful for their desired purposes such as fighting cancer or firing clusters of them into space for exploration purposes.

Cybernetic prosthetics like Nomad stated are already being worked upon although there's a few hurdles to overcome such as feeling. You would never be able to pick up an egg with current prosthetic hands going around.
