Very much a dude.
A chronotype is your natural inclination of your body to sleep at a certain time.

In other words, it's your propensity to sleep at a given time in a 24 hour day.

There are, of course, sleep tests you can take to really determine it, and they can be really useful, if a bit dry in explaining your natural tendencies regarding sleep.

So, this is a fun alternative one to give you a general idea, using animals!

Take this to learn your chronotype!

Take the test and say what your chronotype is, and what your sleep score is in the form of the picture of the animal, and a score from 1-100.

I'll start!

Gray Wolf | Nature | PBS

Sleep Score: 67 out of 100.

Wolf chronotypes tend to go to bed late, they tend to wake up later than others, and tend to be most active in the afternoon and evenings. Colloquially, they're known as "night owls."

Bedtime: I usually shoot for 1 AM or 2:30 AM at the latest.

Waking Up: Around 9-10 AM.

Most Active: Around 2 PM to late evenings.

Sleep score indicates I tend to get moderate or average amount of sleep, which, for me, is around 6 to 7 hours of sleep.

I sleep roughly once every 24.5 hours and so my sleep schedule drifts forward by an average of ~30 minutes per day, although when i sleep typically varies by up to a couple hours on a day-to-day basis, and the rate of drift varies over the full cycle and as my life circumstances change. I prefer being active during the early morning (a few hours before sunrise up to an hour after sunrise).
