If I am clearly shown for a good amount of time, I'd freak out.
If I was there for a short bit, I'd freak out.
If it only showed my hand, and only for a measly three seconds, I'd freak out.

Probably freak out because I would have to live in the dark constantly and wake up when it's pitch black out all the time.
