What would Nuclear Gorons be like?

The point here being the idea of Gorons who have ingested radioactive minerals such as Uranium during their mining operations.

What effects would ingesting this element have on a Goron's physiology and health?

Also Imagine someone mistaking this element for another variant of Rupee and making Rupees out of it.

I expect they would glow in the dark and have more abnormal rocky protrusions from their bodies similar to tumours

i like to think the only side effect, depending on how much they've ingested, is them glowing in the dark and becoming a walking light source in their mining operations.
