That's 7 rupees vs 16 treasures and 12 bugs.

The rupee notification lasts 1 1/2 seconds and the treasure/bug cutscene lasts 11 seconds.
Pretty much this, SS is worst than TP in the notification garbage. It's always seems that treasures are more common the rupees in TP, dunno why?

Legend of Zelda: Some of the later dungeons, I guess. They're not too bad, I suppose.

Zelda II: The Great Palace, easily the most difficult dungeon in the series.

A Link to the Past: I've only played this game, never owned it, never beaten it. So nothing, I guess.

Link's Awakening: Can't really say, I love this game.

Ocarina of Time: Running around Hyrule Field before learning the warping songs can be a bit of a bore.

Majora's Mask: Great Bay Temple, to an extent. Nothing that would keep me from replaying it, though.

Four Swords: Any part after the first five minutes I decide to play it, because it just gets boring after that.

The Wind Waker: The part where it's over.

Four Swords Adventures: I dread playing this game in singleplaer, because it feels like a watered-down version of the true multiplayer experience.

The Minish Cap: I found this game thoroughly enjoyable, so my answer would have to be nothing.

Twilight Princess: The City in the Sky. This dungeon is boring and takes a while to complete.

Phantom Hourglass: Some of the later dungeons as well as going back through the Temple of the Ocean King.

Spirit Tracks: The final battle. Not too hard, but also very irritating.

Skyward Sword: The whole thing. And that's why I haven't replayed it.

Why exactly does everyone hate Sky City in TP? Once you get the double clawshots it's a blast feeling like Spiderman, and even before that, it's not THAT terrible. And the music is pretty good, not one of my favorites, but memorable and fits it. The only thing I can think of to make it unpleasant is you don't have the option to save in a certain room and come back and be in the same place like in the earlier dungeons, but that's hardly a reason to want to avoid it.

I remember now. The City in the Sky from TP. there's a part above the main room that leads to the bridges. you can reach it after you get the double clawshoot, if you jump down after turning off the fan, you miss the switch, since you have to hang from it in order to get to that switch, everyone who played it might know what I'm talking about.....hopefully....

...Pretty sure it doesn't last 11 seconds, lol.

Amount doesn't really mean anything, here. Treasures and bugs appear still much less frequently than rupees. Rupees are also a vital part of the Zelda formula -- they're mandatory. Treasures and bugs are not. If you don't want to collect treasures and bugs, you don't have to, so it's possible to never see the notifications. Not the same story with rupees, so you're pretty much guaranteed to see the rupee notification throughout the entire TP experience. (You can also use the Beetle to avoid the treasure notifications.)

Because it's a broken mess. Everything looks the goddamn same, which, in tandem with the maddening music (just try listening to it with headphones, you'll go insane), causes the place to feel very disorientating, despite the puzzles following a linear route. Challenges also often aren't even there to challenge you, but rather slow you down -- or at least that's how they're executed. Strapping on the Iron Boots to get past a strong gust, for example. And let's not forget how annoying the Oocca are...

Everything about the CitS is malformed and discombobulated. That's why it receives so much hate.

Looked up the nearest LPs and watched the beginning until they got a notification. The time it takes for the game to inform you of your treasure and show it being added to your inventory takes 11 seconds. Feel free to look it up.

Doesn't matter. I could find 5000 seperate rupees in TP. At most, I'll only get 7 notifications. After the first notification it stops until you quit the game.

In SS I could collect 50 treasures/bugs and at most, I could get 28 notifications, depending on my luck. Regardless, the cutscene for getting one treasure would just be the same amount of length it takes me to watch all 7 rupee cutscenes in TP.

Rupees are also a vital part of the Zelda formula -- they're mandatory. Treasures and bugs are not. If you don't want to collect treasures and bugs, you don't have to, so it's possible to never see the notifications.

Possible? Yes. Plausible. No.

In TP, I don't need to look for rupees after the second dungeon. I won't need them again until it's time to fix the cannon and by then I'll have easily stumbled into 300. In SS, I'm going to be actively searching and going out of my way for treasure from the 1st to 6th dungeon. Although I will admit, I won't be collecting bugs.

Not the same story with rupees, so you're pretty much guaranteed to see the rupee notification throughout the entire TP experience. (You can also use the Beetle to avoid the treasure notifications.)

So I trade in these notifications for the inconvenience of avoiding treasure...

Well maybe I'm just a freak. I mean it wasn't happy happy fun fun exciting, but I didn't find it anywhere near as annoying/terrible as everyone says. Havent tried listening to its music with headphones, I can see how the chanting in it can annoy some people. It didn't annoy me, I found it...calming? Idk. Yeah, I can see how the iron boots to get past the fans might be a bit stupid, but note that it was also in OoT and WW. Shadow Temple, Ice Ring Isle...so I think Nintendo was adding a nod to those. The oocca are just like cuccos in the way they're used. Both squawk and flap, and you glide with both. You can complain about Sky City until you're blue in the face, but at the end of the day, all dungeons have their flaws, whether it's the puzzles or the layout or the combat or whatever. And it has a DRAGON for a boss. Dragons are awesome...so you have to admit, at least the boss is epic.

The world of anime.
ST: The entire Fire Realm. Hated it.
TP: Escorting Ilia to Kakariko. Forest Temple.
SS: All the Imprisoned fights. And the finding the tadpole things. (I don't really like swimming in SS, very much)
MM: Everything you did in Castle Town. That place gave me a head ache.

I think that's it. At least that's all I can think of, right now.

I don't remember too many parts which I dread, and if I dread them it usually involves redeads.
OoT- beneath the well
Any other zelda that involves redeads, I know where they are, but I never look forward to those parts.

You get treasures from enemies, sometimes you just CAN'T AVOID taking them, they come out of enemies while you are still fighting.

(You can also use the Beetle to avoid the treasure notifications.)
I'm pretty sure you still see the notification "cutscene" after you're done with the beetle, if not, my bad, besides, wouldn't using an item like that also add to the downtime you have to wait until you get the item rather than simply walking over it.

To come to mind:

The Legend of Zelda - Dungeon rooms with loads of Darknuts
A Link to the Past - Ice Palace
Majora's Mask - Beneath the Well
The Wind Waker - First visit to the Forsaken Fortress
Twilight Princess - Getting to the City in the Sky (ie. restoring Ilia's memory and collecting Sky Characters)
Skyward Sword - Picking up treasure

Phantom Towers in PH and ST. Call me crazy but those parts alone would make me never play those again. They aren't fun at all.

Collecting stray fairies in MM. A good concept and the fairy mask helps a lot. But some are just so out of the way and MMs temples are tough enough.

I'm also gonna say the alien invasion of the Romani Ranch in MM. For the longest time, I didn't use the map. I was just too tense and I think I felt I had less time than I did to check it. So I would just go by sight. Well I never saw that one that comes from the back corner. All the sudden I would see an alien lifting Romani up and go wtf where the hell did that come from. Well I finally learned to use the map and completed it, but man, with the music, one of the tensest things ever for me in zelda. Whenever I finish it (or whenever I failed it) I really had to go to the bathroom after.
