Today was my last day of school, now I'm heading into senior year! That plus BotW 2 news and cheez-its makes this a pretty awesome day so far.

My mom got me the dvd set of Ergo Proxy for my birthday like I asked, and I watched the whole first disc tonight. It's been 8 years since I first watched it and I'm really excited and happy to get to see it again--especially cuz streaming sites suck now. I'm in a way different place than I was when I first watched it and I think it'll be a really meaningful rewatch.

Bit silly, but I got happy finding out the shed hose is connected to our neighbor's water, so I can get water to heat & clean with. I don't have any water right now because our pump house broke & no money to fix it currently, or buy bottled water. Currently making coffee now, which I am very glad for after the horrid events of yesterday.

Entire class got an extension for the due date for an essay that was originally due by Sunday. Now we've got until Wednesday to put out a better product. Nice.

Attended a Japan business networking event via zoom tonight and saw some people I haven't seen in quite a while which was nice. Fingers crossed I'll be able to land an opportunity to work there again soon after travel becomes possible again, but in any case I am sure I'll be back there eventually.

I'm pleased with myself for getting myself to sleep last night so I was able to get up at straight up 8 this morning.

Reached level 8 in WaniKani this morning. I’m very happy that I’ve found a process that works for me to learn a language. Thanks to the folks who make it such a useful way to learn something new.
