So happy to see April Ross and Alix Klineman in the women's beach volleyball final at the Olympics. It's time to reclaim the American dynasty after that semifinal loss to Brazil 5 years ago.

My switch broke suddenly last tuesday. I can play it docked with a controller but not handheld because the right joycon broke completely and damaged the right side of the switch. Not a big problem because I still can play it but only docked. Tonight we got a package delivery. It turned out my husband ordered me a new switch without me knowing anything!! That's a very sweet surprise

Yesterday was absolutely amazing. A couple pals and I took a ferry out of Rhode Island to an Island about an hour away and spent the day there. Rented mopeds, cruised the beaches, just had a ton of fun. It's good to be able to spend time with friends!

I got the first new part to my Link cosplay costume today in the mail, strangely enough it arrived earlier than I anticipated. I still have a little bit of a ways to go but hopefully I can get this whole cosplay costume complete before Halloween.
