I dislocated my shoulder working out and it hurt like hell. Luckily the doctor said "you're a pretty muscular guy, so it's gonna be harder putting it back in place," which sucks but also got a little boost of confidence while writhing in agony. Gotta look for the little things.

My new camera lens came today, and I got amazing pictures of bugs with it. And now, my uncle just texted me a pic he took of a praying mantis that visited him tonight. I am in such a great mood. To answer the thread title though, bugs. Bugs made me happy today.
This whole week I've been learning how to operate the sorting machine for the mail. Today one of my supervisors told me that in Jan I get a new contract for 15 hours a week (we always work more like 20 hours a week and I always get them paid by the end of the month). So combined with my delivery work I'm working for 35 hours a week. And it gives me security for another 3 years if nothing unexpected is going to happen 
I got a permanent contract for the delivery rounds and a temporary contract for the sorting job (they can renew your contract for a total of 36 months) and my current contract expires at the end of sept 2021. With the new contract they're going to extend it for a longer time than that

Remembering that I get a fall break from the 18th through the 25th of October in between class sessions. Nice.
