Absolute favorite is Meowth, but I have a number of runner ups, especially the metal variants in Sword/Shield, think one was Purserker or something?

Charizard, Butterfree, Dragonite, Psyduck, Typhlosion, Tyranitar, Quaxly and its whole evolution line. I’m sure there’s more but I really didn’t pay much attention to most between gen 2 and the latest.
