What is the worst item in all of gaming?

There are some amazing items in video games but there are also some terrible ones.

Like, really, really bad ones. One that are awful to attain, awful look at and awful to use.

Some items can be so bad that they may actually ruin the experience of a game.

So, which item to you is the worst you've ever known in a game?

So in Lisa the Painful, the game is set in a post-apocalyptic world where only men survived, and the currency in these games are dirty magazines. Items and resources are pretty scarce in the world, and you want to keep what you can in order to survive. Perma-death to party members is a very real threat, and various other scenarios can put you in some pretty bad positions.

So within this world, there are a number of dojos where you can complete tasks in order to get a scroll which improves a character's stats. They can be hidden, or pretty easy to find, but regardless, you want to find and complete dojos so that you can better survive in the world.

Enter Bob Friday, the leader of Bob's Dojo. He's an interesting guy, and I don't want to give any spoilers away about the game, because I think many people need to play this game for all its moments, but to say the least, Bob offers you a scroll from his dojo for 1000 mags. This scroll does absolutely nothing, and is the most expensive item in the game, but at least you get an achievement for buying it! "Never give up!"

Lootboxes ruin many games. Governments had to step on the issue. In Smash Bros. the worst item ever is the Smoke Ball, it is annoying and useless.
