Smash Bros What if Smash Bros had a Street Fighter Mode?

What if Smash Bros had a Street Fighter mode? Would you play it?

What is this you ask?
It’s just like Ryu’s Classic mode.
That is basically the following with a couple of my own additions.

• 1v1 matches
• Stamina mode. 150HP or 200HP
• You always face the other character
• The stage is always a small omega version
• No items

There would also be a setting to choose if you want the B button active or not. If you choose not, then all the B moves are done via directional inputs plus A. Just like in the Street Fighter games. Think Ryu and Ken in Smash Bros without using B. But for all characters.

Also there would be invisible walls so there would be no KOs off the stage edge.

Knockback? That could be unchanging for the whole match or as is and based on your current HP. I’m not sure which would be better.

Would you play a mode like this in Smash Bros?

Probably not. At that point i'd probably just play Street Fighter. At least FS has Juri Han.

That sounds really boring to me. Stamina battles have always been my least favorite. I even prefer coin battles to stamina battles.
