What happens in WW When you shoot a ReDead with an arrow from a long distance?

Ive heard some people talking about it, but i dont know what it does. Can someone give me a link to a video telling me what happens? Show me a pic? Or at least explain it?

Then why is everyone saying that the scariest thing in WW is when you shoot a redead from a distance with an arrow?

I don't know and I've done it and it doesnt do anything

Nothing happens if you hit the ReDead. But if you miss, it moves its head silently, looking directly at you, the player. Combine that with the overall eerieness of the ReDeads and the drastic contrast to the colorful, childlike rest of the game, and you've got Nightmare Fuel for quite a bunch of (mostly younger) players.
