Started Tokyo Xanadu on the switch. Feels like it's gonna be a lot... hell yeah.
I don't know how they'll ever top that game.Grinding Mario Kart 8D DLC and trying to beat staff in Time Trials. Also trying to sneak into Hyrule Castle on this playthrough.
Do you... slay the princess?I have been playing entirely too much Slay the Princess. It's a game that's existed on the unconscious backburner since 2023 when it released to lots of critical acclaim that I didn't pay much attention to, but now I just... keep playing it.

I have 45 hours in a visual novel. I've never put that much time into a visual novel. I wholeheartedly recommend the game to everyone. Heck, I plan to buy the physical edition when it comes out later this year even though it's just going to sit on my shelf.
If you enjoy storytelling in games then you should play Slay the Princess.

I think the only comforr is that some of the more horrifying routes can end and someone wholesome Way is based on the decisions you make. Something like The Den is horrifying but you can still end it in a way that brings characters together.this is quite the complicated game to see everything on, b/c I want to see all the scenarios since it entices you by showing you what's missing, but man, I do not want to make the choices associated w/ them, but guess I'd just have to trudge through the guilt
