* Lutefisk, a traditional dish in Norway.
(Not to be confused with lutefish, freshwater fishes native to Africa. )

Lutefisk is dried whitefish (normally cod, but ling and burbot are also used). It is made from aged stockfish (air-dried whitefish), or dried and salted cod pickled in lye. It is gelatinous in texture.

* Smalahove, also a traditional dish.

* Tinned food

Actually none.

Though these days dark chocolate that is pure dark and not used in a recipe doesn't agree with me.
Also deep roast coffee doesn't agree with me. I can drink the more mild freeze dried stuff though. Sacrilege I know. But I take my coffee black and no sugar.
Also anything really furry. Like peach skin. I like the flavour, just the fur/fuzz freaks me out. I just deskin it or blend/cook the skin and them it's all yummy.

Past that I'm good with everything, asuming it's cooked correctly. If it's cooked like garbage then of cause I'll not like it.

I don’t like the really sweet colored frosting you get for your cake or cupcakes, I almost choke on it it’s so sweet.

Really really spicy stuff, I can eat salsa at Mexican restaurants, but anything over that kind of heat I don’t like.

Thats it really, I’m not really a picky eater. I’ll eat whatever you give me, except what I mentioned.

not a fan of some spices like cinnamon and ginger
some fermented foods might be a bit too strong to me too, but I can usually enjoy them to some degree

but if there's something I HATE is anise
****, I'll stop eating whatever has that **** right way

other than that I'll eat pretty much anything without complaining

I'm not super picky, but olives are something I've always had trouble with. I also dislike onions, peppers and celery unless they're cooked really well and softened up a bit.

An example of something I don't like but can tolerate in small amounts is avocado, and anything with large amounts of it like guacamole. Just never managed to get into the taste or texture.

Well, just like I said in the last version of this thread, I'm not very picky with what I eat. I don't do foods that are too spicy and don't eat much out of the sea that isn't cod or haddock. I had a lemon sole once, it was nice.

As for me:
-Not big on Mayo or lots of weird condiments unless it’s the focus of the dish. BBQ? Amazing, ranch on some random dish I wanted, nah.
-Most raw veggies. I’m a farm kid, and my dad can pluck a tomato off a plant and bite right into it; I tried that once and nearly threw up.
-I can’t really do salads. They’ve just never appealed to me, and ones with things in them I do like, well, I’d rather just eat said things separately.

I can’t think of too much more off-hand that I find unbearable. Condiments are really my big one. Ketchup is almost always safe, same with bbq, and maybe a bit of mustard, but I’d often rather just want to taste the actual food I’m eating.

There's a lot of foods I avoid, but that's the kind of stuff that nauseates me.
