Well...
Anju was to marry Kafei, but he disapeared and she is in the struggle of leaving to safety with her family or stay under the moon hoping her love comes before she dies.
As for Kafei, he was showing of his mask and Sakon the thief stole it from him, after losing his mask Skull Kid turns him to a kid. So now he cant go to Anju, because he is not who he is really and he lost his "wedding ceremony item".
As for off siders, Madame Aroma is also looking for Kafei thats why she gives you the Kafei Mask...
