Left-C: bow/slingshot
Down-C: Ocarina of Time
Right-C: Longshot/Boomerang (or whatever I need at the time)

MM:
Left-C: Bow/whatever random item I need at the time
Down-C: Ocarina of Time
Right-C: Bunny Hood/Mask I need at the time

WW:
Y: Bow/Grappling hook while sailing
Z: Wind Waker
X: Hookshot/Sail while sailing/whatever I may need at the time

TP:
Y: Bow
X: Double Clawshot/whatever item I need at the time

In OoT and MM, I have < as the Ocarine, > is my bow, and V varies.

In TP (Wii version), I have < as the Clawshot, > is my bow, and V holds my bombs.

Haven't played any others. Yet.
