What Do You Do to Earn Your Allowance or Pocket Money?

I've never had/received an allowance for doing chores around the house. Seeings how I was getting free food, shelter, electricity, etc. I was expected to help out without pay. To earn a little extra cash on the side, I babysit for some families in my community, as well as teach private dance lessons.

I don't get allowance. Never have. I just mow lawns to get money, otherwise I'm broke.

I don't get an allowance. I just get a ton of money for Christmas and my birthday and save it.

i play guitar in the streets, i spange, and i steal about a dollar or two from the change after my parents have me run to the store.

Before doing the laundry for my family got me money every now and then, doesn't seem like that's the case anymore though.

Never recived allowances but I do recive a pay check every other week...just a matter of how much is left after all my bills lol
