I have been on that vicious cycle myself, was addicted to Monster, started drinking three a day, and my doctor told me to stop. I noticed the more I relied on them, the more I could not wake up from a coffee or lower dose caffeine. So I quit them per doctor's orders do to health concerns, and I went back to drinking only a cup or two of coffee, and I got my energy back. What happens I learned was too much caffeine makes you feel tired, you have to have just the right amount.
Nah, in this case it's simple ADHD. I could go years without one & have the same thing happen. I don't drink one save for maybe once a week (as I am a freak that likes the Rehab flavors). Ditto with coffee- my whole life I can easily drink either & go RIGHT to sleep. Trust me, I do NOT drink them regularly enough to be addicted & I have checked with doctors about this due to my kidney & blood pressure issues. One drink is bad, but any more would be extra-bad & I wanted to make sure especially that my weak cups of coffee were not affecting me badly when I was drinking those regularly (a cup maybe every other morning & no more).

I treat them like a very bad treat for me, akin to having a cigarette, lol.

Also: Looking at TOTK screenshots on my switch on impulse and getting sad about finishing the game all over again.
My phone dies when I'm in the middle of the song Rusty Cage by Soundgarden. I kept putting off charging it, and I paid the price. The charger was across the room and I was too lazy and comfortable to get up and grab it.
You should play it again. I wish Nintendo had harder level settings, like maybe have tiers of "Deku, Knight, and Zonai (Master level)."

A few months ago one of my wisdom teeth started coming in. Every time I mention it to my mom, she starts going on about the whole removal process. She knows I'm terrified of needles and anything surgical, and she's purposefully trying to scare me so I'll choose to ignore my wisdom tooth until I'm "more mature and can handle needles and things better". (Hard to do considering she hasn't taken me to a doctor since 2019 but anywayyy) I'm just annoyed because she doesn't need to scare me, I'm already terrified and don't WANT to go, but it doesn't change the fact that I'm gonna have to regardless. My wisdom tooth is in entirely the wrong spot and it's almost certainly something I should see a dentist about.

I have eight wisdom teeth, and my orthodontist when I got braces did not suggest I remove them. They have not bothered me.

If it helps at all, I'm also horrible around needles and whatnot and I got through my wisdom tooth removal just fine. I don't even remember falling asleep.
